Materials:
4-ply wool of your choice
4mm straight knitting needles
Yarn needle

s1-k1-psso - Slip one knitwise, Knit one, Pass the slipped stitch over
yo - Yarn over
k2tog - knit two together
k3tog - knit 3 together

Use long tail cast on,

Cast on 34 stitches

Row 1 - P2, (K1, P1) 15 times, P2
Row 2 - K2, (K1, P1) 15 times, K2
Row 3 - P2, (K1, P1) 15 times, P2
Row 4 - K2, (K1, P1) 15 times, K2
Row 5 - P2, (K1, P1) 15 times, P2
Row 6 - K2, (K1, P1) 15 times, K2
Row 7 - P to end
Row 8 - K to end
Row 9 - P to end
Row 10 - K to end
Row 11 - P to end
Row 12 - K to end
Row 13 - P to end
Row 14 - K to end
Row 15 - P to end
Row 16 - K to end
Row 17 - P to end

Begin lace pattern

Row 18 - K1, (yo, s1-k1-psso, K6) 4 times, K1
Row 19 - P across
Row 20 - K1, (K1, yo, s1-k1-psso, K3, K2tog, yo) 4 times, K1
Row 21 - P across
Row 22 - K1, (K2, yo, s1-k1-psso, K1, k2tog, yo, K1) 4 times, K1
Row 23 - P across
Row 24 - K1, (yo, k3tog, yo, k3, yo, s1-k1-psso) 4 times, K1
Row 25 - P across
Row 26 - K1, (K4, yo, s1-k1-psso, K2) 4 times, k1

Bind off loosely

Wrap the finished project around you hand so that the wrong side is facing out. Using blanket stitch with a yarn needle and some of the yarn, sew the sides of the glove, leaving the desired amount of gap for the thumb hole.

Repeat this method for a second glove.
